DISAPPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
SAM JOVANOVICH - AUTO FINISHES
WHEREAS a request for a temporary sign, 3' x 6' in size, to
be located on the southwest corner of Highway 24 and Racine Avenue,
has been submitted by Sam Jovanovich - Auto Finishes, S83 W20702
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS such sign is a non-accessory sign, and
WHEREAS such sign is to be used as a directional sign, and
directional signs are not permitted in this district, and
WHEREAS such sign would not meet the spirit and intent of
the zoning ordinance of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City 0 of Muskego does hereby disapprove the request of Sam Jovanovich -
Auto Finishes, for a 3' x 6' temporary sign to be located on the
southwest corner of Highway 24 and Racine Avenue.
