PCR19780370 RESOLUTION #P. C. 37-78 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT MARLAN MEADOWS WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Roger W. Johnson, surveyor, February 6, 1978, has been submitted for a proposed development consisting of 69 lots, 20,000 sq. ft. in area, to be known as Marlan Meadows, located in the east half of Section 4, and GlHEREAS the Plan Commission reviewed a sketch for this sub- division and requested a revised sketch in Resolution #P. C. 138-77 (As Amended), September 20, 1977, and WHEREAS this preliminary plat indicates a substantial chance from the original sketch, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee have reviewed the preliminary plat and recommend approval, and WHEREAS plans must be submitted to indicate the landscaping and use of Outlots '2 and 3. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommend approval to the Common Council, the preliminary plat for Marlan Meadows, subject to the conditions that an easement be provided on Lot 30 for a turn-around at the end of Elm Drive, and that the developer nep;otiate with the City to obtain the 25' strip of City-owned land to the north to be attached to Lots 48, 49, 50, 51, 52 and Outlot 3.
