APPROVAL OF SIGN
ROBERT KLENZ REALTY
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has received a request from
Robert Klenz Realty, 576 W17587 Janesville Road, to erect a
30" x 48" sign of cedar wood on 6" x 6" white oak posts, to
be stained brown with lettering in beige, black, white, blue
and brown, and
WHEREAS this is a professional identification sign, non-
illuminated, to be placed mid-way between the sidewalk and the
0 building,.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architec-
tural Sub-committee, approve the request of Robert Klenz Realty
for a sign at S76 W17587 Janesville Road.
