APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL PLANS
TENNIS ONLY OF MUSKEGO (DAVID J. PAWLAK)
MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS preliminary plans have been submitted by
David J. Pawlak for a tennis club, Tennis Only of Muskego,
to be located at S82 W18762 Gemini Drive, in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS a more detailed site plan showing the number of - ~. "- . . " . - -~ " - - " .. " --- -~
parking spaces and landscaping must be submitted for approval.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the conceptual plans for
a tennis club, Tennis Only of Muskego, to be located at S82
W18762 Gemini Drive, in the Muskego BusinessIIndustrial Park.
