APPROVAL or BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING PLANS
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WISCONSIN COIL SPRING, INC.
WHEREAS Wisconsin Coil Spring, Inc. has submitted building,
site, operational and landscaping plans, prepared by Amcon,
February 24, 1978, for a 12,000 sq. ft. plant to be constructed
on Lots 4 and 5, Block 4, (S82 E119151 Apollo Drive) in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plans for this plant were approved
by the Plan Commission in Resolution HP. C. 15-78, February 7,
1978.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera-
tional and landscaping plans for a 12,000 sq. ft. plant to be
constructed for Wisconsin Coil Spring, Inc., at S82 W19151 Apollo
Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that the drives and parking areas be entirely paved
with bituminous or cement concrete.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the drive to the loading dock
shall not be used for parking of employee automobiles or trucks.
