APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
JOSEPH J. SURINAK
WHERFAS the City has accepted an offer of $44,000 from
Joseph J. Surinak to purchase approximately 4.4 acres In
the City's Industrial Park, for a building to manufacture
well pit convertors, and
WHEREAS Ruekert 65 Mlelke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated March.1, 1978, to finalize the dlvlslon of
the parcel Indicated as Lots 6, 7. 8 8: 9, Block 5, on'the
Kuskego Industrial Park Development Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the.Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the certified survey map for a 4.28 acre
division of the parcel InZLicated as Lots 6. 7, e & 9, Block 5,
on the Muskego Industrial Park Development Plan.
