APPROVAL OF SKETCE FOR LAND DIVISION

WHEREAS W. A. Retzlaff, W200 S10701 Cast Shore Drive,
has submitted a sketch for a six parcel division of his
property on the corner of N. Shore and E. Shore Drives in
the NW 1/11 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS this area is zoned RS-2 and RS-2 (OLS), and
the proposed lots are larger than those required under this
zoning, and
NHEREAS Plannine, Consultant Nangiamele has reviewed rhis
division and recommends approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
W. A. Retzlaff for a six parcel division of his property on
the corner of N. Shore and E. Shore Drives in the NW 1/11 of
Section 32.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Commission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's
authority to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
