RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL
DENIAL OF REZONING
M. CLIFFORD YOUNG
WHERE& a petltlon for zoning change was submitted by
M. Clifford Young to amend the districting map to rezone
his property known as s68 W16949 Martin Drive from RS-1 to
RS-2 for the purpose of a two parcel land division. and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Manglamele has reviewed this
request for zoning change and indicated this land may be
suitable for RS-2 zoning for single family purposes because
of the RS-2 (OPD) abutting it. However, because of the
existing duplex located on the property, which is a non-
conforming use. denial is recommended.
THEREF035 BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
denial of the request for zoning change from RS-1 to RS-2
of the M. Clifford Young property at S68 W16949 Martin Drive
