DENIAL OF PR.ELIMINARY PLAT
VALLEY SQUARE
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has acknowledged receipt of
a preliminary plat prepared by Inmn Surveying E Engineering
October 11, 1977, with revision date of January 27, 1978, for
Valley Square, a subdivision proposed to be located in the
SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat does not show the existing
zoning, soil types ana street names (per Section 4.2 of the
Land Division Ordinance), and
WHEREAS the proposed roads do not meet the street design
standards (per Secticn 7.03 of the Land Division Ordinance).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the preliminary plat for
Valley Square in the SW l/li of Section 9.
