ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PPELIMINARY PLAT
MARLAN YEADOWS
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Surveyor Roger W.
Johnson February 6, 1978, for Marlan Meadows, a 69 lot subdivision
proposed to be located in the SE 114 of Section 4, has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS in accordance -with Section 3.2 .of the Land
Division Ordinance; the preliminary plat has. been referred to
the-objecting agencies-and to all affected city boards, commis-~.
sions and departments for their review and recommendations.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does
hereby acknowledge receipt of the preliminary plat for Marlan
Meadows.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will not
take ac$ion until the reports and recommendations from the
objecting agencies and affected city boards, commissions and
departments have been received.
