ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
VALLEY SQUARE
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Inman Surveying &
Engineering October 11, 1977, with revision date of January
27, 1978, for Valley Square, a subdivision proposed to be
located in the SW 114 of Section 9 has been submitted to the
Plan -Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section .3.2 .of the:Land
Division Ordinance, the preliminary plat has been referred to
the objecting agencies and to all affected city boards, commis-
sions and departments for their review and recommendations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does
hereby acknowledge receipt of the preliminary plat for Valley
Square,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED-that the P1an:Commission will not
take action until the reports and recommendations from the
objecting agencies and affected city boards, commissions and
departments have been received.
