APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY E FINAL PLATS
WINDERMERE SUBDIVISION
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Ignatius H. Robers,
land surveyor, with revision date of October 5, 1977, and a
final plat prepared by Kenneth R. Reesman, land surveyor, with
revision date of July 26, 1977, for a subdivision to be known
as Windermere in the Town of Norway, were referred to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele and Consulting Engineers Ruekert E Mielke
for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
0 approval; however, recommendation has not as yet been received
from the consulting engineers.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the preliminary and final plats for Winder-
mere subdivision in the Town of Norway subject to a favorable
recommendation from the consulting engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subdivider shall pay the
necessary review fees as indicated in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
