APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
HAROLD DeBACK
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, Jr., land surveyor, February 15, 1978, has been submitted
to finalize a two parcel division of the Harold DeBack property
in the NE 1/11 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS. the Plan Commission approvedithe sketch for~this
division -in Resolution #PC C. .34-7.8- adopted February. 7, ~1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the

City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for this two parcel division of the Harold DeBack property in
the NE 1/11 of Section 16.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval- is subject to
the approval- of the city engineer.
