ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JACK HABRAT
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Jack Habrat,
W203 S10510 N. Shore Drive, to permit construction of a 22' x 22',
unattached, second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such g3rage would have a
substantial adverse affec-t on-the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-'2 District. .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architec-
0 tural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Jack
Habrat for a 22' x 22', unattached, second garage structure.
BE.IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage ,shall be compatible with the existing bui
on the lot.
