APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING PLANS

WHEREAS M. F. Burazin has submitted building, site,
operational and landscaping plans for a 50' x 70', warehouse
to be constructed on Lot 11 A, Block 2, in the Muskego Business /
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
plans and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera-
tional and landscaping plans for a 50' x 70', warehouse to' be
constructed for M. F. Burazin Corp. on Lot 11 A, Block 2, in
the Muskego Business / Industrial Park.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that the drive and parking areas be entirely
pzved with bituminous or cement concrete.
