ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT AND REFERRAL TO PLANNING
CONSULTANT AND CITY ENGINEER
PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATS
WINDERMERE SUBDIVISION - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Ignatius H. F.obers,
land surveyor, with revision date of 10-5-77, and a final plat
prepared by Kenneth R. Reesman, land surveyor, with revision
date of July 26, 1977, has been submitted to the Plan Commission
for a subdivision known as Windermere Subdivision in the Town
of Norway, which falls within Muskego's extra-territorial juris-
diction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt and refer the
preliminary and final plats of the Windermere Subdivision to
the Planning Consultant and City Engineer for review and recom-
mendation.
