APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL PLANS
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WISCONSIN COIL SPRING, INC.
WHEREAS preliminary plans have been submitted by Wis-
consin Coil Spring, Inc. for a plant to be located at 582
W19151 Apollo Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS the plans include a loading dock and drive to the
front of the building, and
WHEREAS further plans must be submitted for architectural
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the

City of Muskego does hereby approve the conceptual plan for
the Wisconsin Coil Spring plant which includes a loading dock
and drive to the front of the building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this drive shall not be used
for parking of employee automobiles or trucks.
