APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HAROLD DeBACK
WHEREAS Harold DeBack, W198 S10856 Racine Avenue, has
submitted a sketch for a two parcel division of the former John
Nieman property on Racine Avenue in the SW 1/4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS Mr. DeBack was advised at the Plan Commission meeting
on January 17, 1978 that the Commission would be receptive to a
sketch for a four parcel division of this property, and
WHEREAS it has been determined that two of the lots could
not be served by sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two parcel
division of the Harold DeBack property on Racine Avenue in the
SW 1/4 of Section 16.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certified survey map should
indicate the future extension of the road, and that the cul de
sac be temporary.
BE IT FURTI.IER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
cost of review.
