RE-APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE

WHEREAS a req,uest was submitted by Richard Schaumberg to
permit construction of a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage
structure on his property at W165 57641 Bay Lane Place, and
WHEREAS this request was approved by the Plan Commission in
Resolution #P. C. 28-77 dated March 1, 1977, and
WHEREAS a 30' x 24' garage structure was constructed, using
the design originally approved, and is compatible to the residen-
tial area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the 30' x 24' unattached, second
garage structure on the Richard Schaumberg property at Id165
S7641 Bay Lane Place.
