DENIAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHN ASCHENBRENNER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by John Aschenbrenner,
W126 S8557 North Cape Road, to permit construction of a 30' x 45',
unattached, second garage structure to be used as a storage shed,
and
WHEREAS the building does not conform to the building code
for. residential garage-structures, and
WHEREAS the design is not architecturally compatible-with
residential buildings.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of John Aschenbrenner
to construct a 30' x 45', unattached, second garage structure to
be used as a storage shed.
