APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
EDWARD I. ROSS
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by William H.
Schmidt, land surveyor, January 17, 1978, has been submitted
to finalize a one parcel division of the former David Posbrig
property on Hillendale Drive in the NE 114 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 191-77 adopted December 20, 1977.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for this one parcel division of the former David Posbrig property
on Hillendale Drive in the NE 114 of Section 19.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
