APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
DONALD G. FILLER
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for the Donald G. Miller property
on Janesville Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, prepared by William
H. Schmitt, Land Surveyor, January 12, 1978, has been submitted for
approval, and
WHEREAS the Plan Corrmission approved the sketch for this
subdivision :in 'Res'oluriiori ~#.Pi':C. .'186-77 a'dopted, December 6, : 1977,
and :
WHEREAS the number of lots has been reduced to 11 to meet the
requirements of this RS-2 District, and approval has been obtained
from the Public Works Committee for the use of a 50' right-of-way. a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve -the preliminary plat for the Donald
G. Miller subdivision subje.ct to favorable reports and recommendations
from the objecting agencies and affected city boards, commissions
and departments.

BE IT FU,RTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Commission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's authority
to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
