APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #70
BOXHORN BIG MUSKEG0 GUN CLUB
WHEREAS a petition submitted by Richard Bennett for
expansion of Conditional Use Grant #70 to permit a 50' x 50'
addition to the existing clubhouse and a 50' x 70' addition
to the existing tavern at the Boxhorn Big Muskego Gun Club
is pending before the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing was held.before.the
Plan Commission November 1, 1977. * THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request for expansion
of Conditional Use Grant #70 to permit a 50' x 50' addition
to the existing clubhouse and a 50' x 70' addition to the
existing tavern at the Boxhorn Big MuskeEo Gun Club,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all construction on the premises

shall conform to all state and local codes.
