APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
GUERNSEY MEADOWS ADDN. #1
WHEREAS a final plat for Guernsey Meadows Addn. #1,
prepared by Stanley d. Potrykus, December 8, 1977, has been
submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS the final plat conforms with the approved
preliminary plat.
- THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Guernsey
Meadows Addn. #l. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not waive
the requirements of the zoning ordinance concerning planned
unit development and that landscaping plans will be required.
