APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
CLARENCE J. FROELICH
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for an 8 parcel
division of the Clarence J. Froelich property on Gold Drive
in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS this division conforms with alternative "B"
suggested by Planning Consultant Mangiamele at the Plan
Commission meeting Tuesday evening, December 6th, and
.: WHEREAS the lots as proposed meet the requirements of
this F.S-2 District and the sketch conforms to the general,
overall plan for future development of the area.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for
an 8 parcel division of the Clarence J. Froelich property on
Gold Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Commission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's
authority to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
