APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY KAP
JOHN MOSER
WIIEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas
Inman, land surveyor, November 3, 1977, has been submitted
to finalize a one parcel division of the Frank Moser property
on Ryan Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 24, and
WHEREAS the .Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 80-77 adopted June 21, 1977.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for this one parcel division of the Frank Moser property
on Ryan Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval-of the city engineer.
