APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
KOSTKA-KASTELLO
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Kastello Builders for a
two parcel division of the former George Kostka property on
Gold Drive was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele recommended that
because of the marshy area, the creation of two lots would
not be feasible, and
WHEREAS Kastello Builders have now submitted a sketch
indicating a one parcel division on Gold Drive, and
WHEREAS, after review, Planning Consultant Mangiamele and
Zoning Officer Lee have recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission ef the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a one parce1,division of the
former George Kostka .property on Gold Drive subject to the
following conditions: .that ,30' alonE:-the north of the proposed
parcel be dedicated to the city for road purposes, that access -
to this 'parcel be from the 30' road dedication, and that .the
city receive the necessary easement for drainage purposes-
across this'property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .the Plan Commission-will be
receptive to-the submission of a certi~fied-survey map to finalize
this division with-a fee-of $25.00 to assist-in defraying the
cost of review.
