APPROVAL OF SKETCH TOR LAND DIVISION
ED ROSS
WHEREAS Ed Ross, W150 S7038 Cornell Circle, has submitted
a sketch for a one parcel division of the former Martin
Posbrig property on Hillendale Drive in Section 19, and
WHEREAS this is an Agriculture District which requires
3 acre lots with 300’ average width and the lot proposed more
than meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submi.tted by Ed
Ross for a one parcel division of the former Martin Posbrig
property on Hillendale Drive subject to the condition that the
property line of the proposed parcel be extended northerly to
eliminate the fragment of property extending along the north of
the proposed parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
cost of review.
