DENIAL~OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
HOLIDAY PARK
NHEREAS the Plan Commission referred a preliminary plat
prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin E Associates, October 27, 1977,
for Holiday Park, a subdivision proposed for the NW 1/11 of
Section 10, to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation, and
WHEREAS -the c preliminary :plat .was :also referred to .the
objecting agencies and to .all ,affected-city boards, commissions
and departments for their review and recommendations, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
denial of this preliminary plat because the development
encompasses an area which is zoned Wet-land-Floodplain and also
because -the development does%not coordinate with the surrounding
area, and
WHEREAS the State of Wisconsin Division of Highways has
objected to this plat in their communication dated November 16,
1977, because "the plat is not in agreement with the proposed
City of Muskego street layout, nor dces said plat aeree with
Controlled Access project CA0818(1) Big Bend - East County Line
Road on file in Waukesha District Office".

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plzn Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the preliminary plat for
Holiday Park, a subdivision proposed for the NW 1/4 of Section 10.
