VALLEY SOUARE
WHEREAS the Plan Commission referred a preliminary plat
prepared by Inman Surveying E Engineering, October 11, 1977,
for Valley Square, a subdivision proposed for the SW 1/4 of
Section 9, to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
denial 0.f -this 'preliminary plat because-the -proposed subdivision
is not compatible with-the-'development of lan'ds to the west,
the proposed cul-de-sac does not meet the requirements of the
Land Division Ordinance and the proposed development does not
include the extension of Valley Drive westerly along the south
property. line:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the preliminary plat for
Valley Square, a subdivision proposed for the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
