APPROVAL OF SKETCH -. FOR LAND DIVISION

ALFRED BADERTSCIIER
WHEREAS Alfred Badertscher, S74 W20656 Field Drive,
has submitted a sketch for a one parcel division of his
property in the NW 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS this is an R-1 District which requires 80,000
sq. ft. lots with 200' average width and the lot proposed more
than meets these requirements, and
WHEREAS satisfactory percolation tests have been
submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
. City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for a
one parcel division of the Alfred Badertscher property in Section
8 subject to the condition that arrangements be made to eliminate
the fragment of property between the proposed lot and the parcel
indicated on the cadastral map as Key No. 2190.995. .-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division bJith a fee of $25.00 to assist in defrayinR the cost
of review.
