APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
DONALD MILLER
WHEREAS the Plan Commission referred a sketch submitted by
Donald Miller for a 12 lot subdivision proposed for the NW 114
of Section 10 to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review
and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval of the proposed subdivision subject to the conditions
that the number of lots be reduced to 11 in order to permit
the parcels to meet the requirements of this RS-2 District and
that approval be obtained from the Public Works Committee for the
use of a 50' right-of-way.
TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Donald Miller for a subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 10
subject to the conditions that the number of lots be reduced
to 11 to permit the parcels to meet the requirements of this
RS-2 District and that approval be obtained from the Public
Works Committee for the use of a 50' right-of-way.
