APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR DUPLEX
RICHARD KNUDSEN
WHEREAS a petition submitted by Richard Knudsen for a
conditional use grant to permit the existing structure at
W188 S6909 Gold Drive to be used for duplex purposes is
pending before the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the conditional use grant
for Richard Knudsen to permit the existing structure at W188
S6909 Gold Drive to be used for duplex purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that the necessary permits be obtained from the
Building Inspection Department.
