APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
JOHN STENDER
WHEREAS John Stender, W236 S7970 Highland Drive, Big Bend,
has submitted a sketch for a one parcel division of his property
on Durham Drive in the NE 114 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District which requires 15,000 sq.
ft. lots with 100' average width, and the lot proposed more than
meets these requirements, and
WHEREAS in Resolution #P. C. 166-77, the Plan Commission
indicated it would be receptive to a one parcel division of this
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of musk ego does hereby approve the .sketch submitted for a
one parcel.divis-ion of the John.Stender property on .Durham Drive
in- the NE 1/11 -of Section 11.1
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that:the Plan Commission will .be
receptive to the submission of a cer~tified survey map=to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
cost of review.
