APPROVAL OF LOT LINE REVISION
KRISTIN DOWN
WHEREAS there has been a request for the realignment of
a lot line in the Kristin Down planned unit development, and
WHEREAS the lot line,s would not change the overall size
of the lots, and
WHEREAS the realignment would. better afford the placement
of a dwelling on these lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the relocation of the lot
line between -lots 30 and 3Yin the Kristin-.Down-planned unit
development.
