APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLANS
KRISTIN DOWN
WHEREAS plans prepared by Gene Villwock, landscape
designer, have been submitted for landscaping Kristin Down,
a planned unit development, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed
the plans and has recommended that the shade trees and
ornamental trees indicated on the plan as to be 111 to 1 112 I'
in diameter be^-increased to 2"-:in -diameter- in -accordance.-
with the requirements of the City's adopted-street tree
standards.
THEREFORE -BE.-IT RESOLVED 'that .the plan Commission of-
the City. of. Muskego does.:hereby approve the landscape plans-
submitted :for Kristin Down:;subject-:to~-the condition .that the
shade trees and ornamental trees be-increased in size to
2" -in .diameter..
