RECOMMENDATION FOR RENEWAL OF PERMIT
PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
PAYNE & DOLAN OF WIS.
WHEREAS Payne & Oolan have submitted a request for renewal
of their permit which expi res December I, 1977, for continued
operation of the portable asphalt plant on Crowbar Road on
the State Sand & Gravel slte, and
WHEREAS this is a permitted accessory use in accordance
with Section.6.07 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Comnon Council that
the permit for continued operation of theportable asphalt
plant on Crowbar Road be renewed for one year. -0 -
