APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SIMPSON-NELSON CORPORATION
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS the City has accepted an offer of $52,200 from
Simpson:Nelson Corporation to purchase 5.8 acres in the City’s
Industrial Park, for a building for Precision Screwthread
Corporation, and
WHEREAS Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated October 20, 1971, to finalize the division of
the parcel indicated as Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 4 on the Muskego
Industrial Park Development Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the certified survey map for a 5.8 acre
division of the parcel indicated as Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 4 on
the Muskego Industrial Park Development Plan.
