APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
JOHN F. HOVRIHAN
WHEREAS the City has accepted an offer of $34,000 from
John F. Hovrihan to purchase 3.7 acres in the City's Industrial
Park, for a building to house the buyer's specialty metal fabri-
cation business, and
WHEREAS Ruekert E Mielke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated October 20, 1977, to finalize the division of
the parcel indicated as Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 5 on the Muskego
Industrial Park Development Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to the
Common Council of the certified survey map for a 3.7 acre division
of the parcel indicated as Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 5 on the Muskego
Industrial Park Development Plan.
