APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
T. A. G. CORPORATION
WHEREAS the City has accepted an offer of $9,900 from
T. A. G. Corporation to purchase 1.1 acres in the City's
Industrial Park, for a building to assemble air conditioning
and heatiny: components, and
WHEREAS Ruekert E Mielke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated October 20, 1977, to finalize the division of
the parcel indicated as Lot 12, Block 5 on the Muskego Industrial
Park Development Plan. a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to the
Common Council of the certified survey map for a 1.1 acre division
of the parcel indicated as Lot 12, Block 5 on the Muskego Indus-
trial Park Development Plan.
