APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
KENNETH H. RIGGS
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS the City has accepted an offer of $9,900 from
Kenneth H. Riggs to purchase one acre in the City's Industrial
Park, for a building to assemble electrical components, and
WHEREAS Ruekert E Mielke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated October 20, 1977, to finalize the division of
the parcel indicated as Lot 10, Block 5 on the Muskego Industrial
Park Development Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
a City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the certified survey map for a 1.03 acre
division of the parcel indicated as Lot 10, Block 5 on the Muskego
Industrial Park Development Plan.
