APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
KASTELLO - SCHWEFEL
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Russell Behling,
land surveyor, October 21, 1977, has been submitted by Roger
Kastello to finalize-a four parcel division of the Evelyn Schwefel
property on Little Muskego Lake in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 86-77 (As Amended), adopted
July 7, 1977.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
a of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map for this
four parcel division of the Evelyn Schwefel property in the SW 1/4
of Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is recommended to the Common
Council that prior to their approval, acceptable deed restrictions
and developer's agreement shall be submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that landscape plans shall be submitted
to the Plan Commission for approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer.
