ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
GLENN ELGER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Glenn Elger, S66
W18704 Agate Drive, to permit construction of a 12' x l6',
unattached, second garage structure for storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-3 (OED) District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural
Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Glenn Elger for 0 a 12' x 16', unattached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of the
second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on
the lot.
