REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CITY ENGINEER
SKETCH FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF KURTH
PROPERTY EAST OF WOODLAND PLACE
RITE REALTY
WHEREAS a sketch for a proposed development of the Kurth
property north of Janesville Road and east of Woodland Place in
the NE 1/4 of Section 2 has been submitted by Rite Realty.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the sketch to Planning Consul-
tant Mangiamele for review of layout and design and to the City
Engineer for review of the affect the development would have on
0 drainage in the area.
