REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CITY ENGINEER
SKETCH FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF WOLLMAN-
KURTH-DIEKFUS PROPERTY ON JANESVILLE ROAD

WHEREAS a sketch for a proposed development of the Wollman-
Kurth-Diekfus property on the northwest corner of Woodland Place
and Janesville Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 2 has been submitted
by Rite Realty.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the sketch to Planning Consul-
tant Mangiamele for review of layout and design and to the City
Engineer for review of the affect the development would have on
drainage in the area.
