REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND CITY ENGINEER
SKETCH FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF RELOCATION
(RITE REALTY)
REALTY PROPERTY ON JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS a sketch for a proposed development of the Reloca-
tion Realty property on the southeast corner of Racine Avenue
and Janesville Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 has been sub-
mitted by Rite Realty.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the sketch to Planning Consul-
tant Mangiamele for review of layout and design and to the City
Engineer for review of the affect the development would have on
drainage in the area.
