APPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH
SANDY KNOLL (JOHN PAUL PROPERTY)
WHEREAS a sketch was submitted by Robert: W. Stack for a
proposed layout of the John Paul property on Tess Corners Drive
in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, and ., ..
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele recommended in his
report of October 4, 1977 that a revised sketch be submitted
showing an increase in average width of the lots and reducing the
number of lots to 28 or 29, and
WHEREAS a revised sketch, prepared by Roger Johnson, has been
submitted, which indicates a total of 29 lots and conforms to the
recommendations of the planner.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the revised sketch for develcpment
of 29 lots to be known as Sandy Knoll, on Tess Corners Drive in
the SE 1/4 of Section 2, with the condition that an outlot be
created to be included as a pedestrian walkway, with school board
approval.
