APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE
DUAINE H. LANGFELDT
WHEREAS a petition was received from Duaine H. Langfeldt
for expansion of Conditional Use Grant #57 for the purpose of
constructing a 40' x 80' addition to the existing 80' x 80' build-
ing,to be used for storage, at S73 W161185 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing was held on October 4,
1977.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the expansion of Conditional
Use Grant #57 for the purpose of constructing a 40' x 80' addition
to the existing 80' x 80' building,to be used for storage, at S73
W16485 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that the offset area along Bay Lane be landscaped and
that a row of columnar cedar trees, 4'-6' in height, be planted
3'-34' apart to form screening along Bay Lane (or an alternative
planting that would achieve the same affect).
