ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHN ZELLMER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by John Zellmer,
S63 W18429 Martin Drive, to permit construction of a 24' x 40',
unattached, second garage structure, and
WHEREAS this structure meets the requirements and recommen-
dations of the Zoning Officer and the Planning Consultant in their
reports of September 20, 1977.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architec-
tural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of John
Zellmer for a 2U' x 40', unattached, second garage structure.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of the
second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on
the lot and shall be painted the same color.
