APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF USE OF NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURE

WHEREAS Milton Schreindl has submitted a request for a
change of use of the Tess Corners Dry Cleaners 'at S68 W14276
Gaulke Drive to Auto's Ltd. for painting and restoring of auto-
mobiles, and
WHEREAS -the use as proposed in Exhibit "A" indicates no
greater degree of non-conformance than the previous use.
THEREFORE .BE IT RESOLVED that .the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby -approve m the change--of use of .the building
at S68 W14276 Gaulke Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.that this approval is conditioned .on
the items .enumerated. in Exh~ibit. "A" (Amended) " -and further condittoned that
the present paved area from the-area ~.indicated.,as office-be removed
to the degr.ee-.t-hat .a: walkway.-wou.ld be .creat'ed and:that::the-area of --
the pavement. .removed shall be planted. with shrubbery. ..
BE IT FURTHER -RESOLVED-.fhat .a 6' x 3' sign to be painted on
the southwest corner.of the-building is hereby approved.

just South of Janesville Road S68Vl4276 Gaulke Drive.
According to the City checklist for approval of the building, site
and operational plan are as follows:
1. Possible noise, dust or odor
All work will he done inside the building eliminating any
exterior noise. Any dust and odor will be filtered through
a filtered ventilation system.
2. Other undesirable operational characteristics - none
3. Possible future expansion - none

5. Structures, showing entrances
Office door will be located at South end of building facing
used for ernergancy exit only.

office and garage entrance facing Gaulke Drive.
Cur personal vehicle will be parked on our private drive.

10. Lightening
There are two lights on the building facing Tess Corners Drive
we will use only one of these lights. There is one light on the
building facing Gaullce Wive and will remain the same.
